MN Nutra Refund Policy

At MN Nutra LLC ("MN Nutra," "we," "us," or "our"), we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are processed for products purchased directly from www.mnnutra.com.
1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all products purchased directly from MN Nutra. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your shipment. For pre-order products, the 30-day window begins on the date you receive your shipment, not on the date you placed your pre-order. For all other products, the 30-day window begins on the date of delivery.
2. Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund under our 30-day satisfaction guarantee:
The request must be made within 30 days of receiving your shipment.
Proof of purchase (order number, receipt) is required.
a. First-Time Orders (Opened Products Accepted)
We understand that you need to try our products to evaluate your satisfaction. For your first order of a specific product, we accept refund requests even if the product has been opened or partially used.
To make the process as seamless as possible for our new customers, we offer "returnless refunds" for first-time orders. This means you will receive a full refund without needing to ship the opened product back to us. We simply ask that you dispose of the product responsibly.
b. Subsequent Orders (Unopened Products Only)
For any subsequent orders of the same product, or for orders containing multiple units of the same product beyond the first unit, we only accept returns for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with the safety seal intact.
3. Pre-Order Cancellations
Products marked "Pre-Order" on our Service are not yet shipped at the time you place your order. You may cancel any pre-order at any time before the product ships for a full refund to your original payment method, with no questions asked and no restocking fee.
How to cancel a pre-order:
Email support@mnnutra.com with your order number and the words "Cancel Pre-Order" in the subject line, or
Call +1 (888) 218-8866 (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET) with your order number.
We respond to cancellation requests within 1 business day, and we process the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of confirming your cancellation. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Once your pre-order has shipped, our standard 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee described in Section 1 applies, with the 30-day window beginning on the date you receive your shipment.

4. Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items or pre-order cancellations.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Pre-Order Cancellations: No shipping is involved, as cancellations occur before the product is shipped.
First-Time Orders: As mentioned above, first-time orders are eligible for a returnless refund, so no return shipping is required.
Subsequent Orders: For returns of unopened products from subsequent orders, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), MN Nutra will cover the return shipping costs.
6. Non-Eligible for Refund
Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or third-party platforms.
Products returned without prior authorization.
Products that are past their expiration date at the time of the return request.
Original shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are generally non-refundable (this does not apply to pre-order cancellations, where no shipping has yet been charged).
7. How to Initiate a Return or Refund
To initiate a return, refund, or pre-order cancellation, please follow these steps:
Contact Customer Service: Email us at support@mnnutra.com or call us at +1 (888) 218-8866 (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET) to request a refund, cancel a pre-order, or obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. We respond to all inquiries within 1 business day. Please do not send products back without contacting us first.
Provide Information: Be prepared to provide your order number, the name of the product(s) you wish to return or cancel, and a brief description of why you are requesting a refund.
Return Shipping (If Applicable): If your return requires shipping the product back (for subsequent orders), you will receive instructions on where to send the package.
8. Processing Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product (if applicable), upon approval of a returnless refund request, or upon confirmation of a pre-order cancellation, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
9. Abuse of Policy
We reserve the right to limit or deny refunds in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or excessive return activity. In such cases, we may require the physical return of the product, even for first-time orders, before processing a refund.
10. Changes to This Refund Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
