MN Nutra SMS Terms and Conditions

By opting in to receive SMS/text messages from MN Nutra LLC ("MN Nutra," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these SMS Terms and Conditions ("SMS Terms"). These SMS Terms apply to your participation in our mobile messaging program (the "Program").
1. Program Description
When you opt-in to the Program, we will send you SMS/text messages regarding your orders, account updates, promotional offers, marketing messages, and other information related to MN Nutra products and services. These messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology.
2. Opt-In and Consent
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (e.g., SMS and MMS) from MN Nutra, including text messages that may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up or any other number that you designate. Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency will vary. We reserve the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time, so as to increase or decrease the total number of sent messages.
4. Opt-Out and Cancellation
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code or number from which you received the message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

6. Cost and Carrier Liability
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Changes to SMS Terms
We reserve the right to modify these SMS Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued participation in the Program following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised SMS Terms.
