MN Nutra Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms ("Subscription Terms") govern your purchase of any subscription-based products or services ("Subscriptions") from MN Nutra LLC ("MN Nutra," "we," "us," or "our") via www.mnnutra.com. By purchasing a Subscription, you agree to these Subscription Terms, which are incorporated into and made a part of our general Terms of Service.
1. Subscription Overview
When you purchase a Subscription, you are agreeing to receive recurring shipments of the selected product(s) at the frequency you choose (e.g., monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly). Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel it or we terminate it.
2. Billing and Payment
By providing a payment method, you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method for the initial Subscription fee and any recurring Subscription fees at the then-current rate, plus any applicable taxes and shipping charges. The recurring charges will be processed automatically on or about the same day of the month as your initial purchase, depending on your selected frequency.
Renewal Reminder
We will send you an email reminder at least three (3) business days before each scheduled subscription renewal charge, informing you of:
The upcoming charge amount;
The scheduled billing date;
The product(s) being renewed;
How to cancel, skip, or modify your subscription before the charge is processed.
This reminder is sent to the email address associated with your account. It is your responsibility to keep your email address current.
Failed Payments
If your payment method fails or is declined, we may attempt to reprocess the charge. If we are unable to successfully charge your payment method, we may suspend or cancel your Subscription. You are responsible for keeping your payment information up to date through your online account.
3. Changes to Subscription Fees
We reserve the right to change the price of our Subscriptions at any time. If we increase the price of your Subscription, we will provide you with advance notice of the change by email at least thirty (30) days before the new price takes effect. The new price will take effect on your next billing cycle following the notice. If you do not agree to the price change, you must cancel your Subscription before the new price takes effect.
4. Managing Your Subscription
You can manage your Subscription, including changing the frequency, skipping a shipment, or updating your shipping address and payment information, by logging into your account on our website. Changes must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date to take effect for that shipment.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your Subscription at any time, and cancellation is intended to be at least as easy as the initial sign-up process. To cancel, log into your account and follow the cancellation instructions, or contact our Customer Service team at support@mnnutra.com or +1 (888) 218-8866 (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET). We respond to all cancellation requests within 1 business day.
Cancellation requests must be received at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the next shipment. If you cancel after your payment has been processed, your cancellation will take effect for the following billing cycle, and you will still receive the shipment you were just charged for.
6. Refunds
Refunds for Subscription orders are governed by our Refund Policy. Please note that canceling your Subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund for previously processed orders.
7. Termination by MN Nutra
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your Subscription at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Subscription Terms or our general Terms of Service.
8. Changes to Subscription Terms
We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued participation in a Subscription following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Subscription Terms.
