MN Nutra Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions for shipping products purchased from MN Nutra LLC ("MN Nutra," "we," "us," or "our") via www.mnnutra.com.

1. Order Processing

Orders for in-stock products are typically processed and shipped the next business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Pre-order products follow separate fulfillment timelines as described in Section 2 below.

2. Pre-Order Shipments and Delays

Certain products are offered on a pre-order basis. Pre-order products are not held in inventory at the time of order; estimated shipping dates are stated as a date range on each product page (for example, "Ships August–September 2026") and are based on production timelines provided by our manufacturing partners.

Our commitment to you:

  • We will ship pre-order items within the stated date range whenever possible.

  • If a pre-order shipment will be delayed beyond the stated date range, we will notify you by email before the original estimated ship date passes. The notification will include a revised shipping estimate and the option to cancel your pre-order for a full refund.

  • If a delay extends beyond thirty (30) days from the original estimated ship date, we will obtain your express consent before continuing to hold your order or charge for it, in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 C.F.R. Part 435).

  • You may cancel any pre-order at any time before the product ships for a full refund. For pre-order cancellation procedures, please refer to our Refund Policy.

For each pre-order, the estimated shipping window stated on the product page at the time of your order is the binding estimate for that order, and any later changes to the website's display dates do not retroactively modify your order's estimated shipping window.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer various shipping methods to meet your needs. Estimated delivery times for in-stock products are as follows:

  • Standard Ground Shipping (Domestic US): 3–7 business days after shipment.

  • Expedited Shipping (Domestic US): Available upon request for an additional fee. Orders placed before 12:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday, will ship the same day. Delivery times vary based on the selected service.

These delivery times begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement. For pre-order products, the estimated shipping date stated on the product page indicates when the product is expected to leave our fulfillment facility; transit time after shipment follows the standard estimates above.

Subscription Shipments

Subscription orders follow the same processing and delivery timelines as one-time orders. Recurring shipments are processed automatically on or about the same day of the month as your initial subscription purchase, depending on your selected frequency. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information each time a subscription shipment is dispatched.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method, destination, and order total.

Domestic US Orders:

  • Standard Ground Shipping is free for orders exceeding USD 100.00.

  • Expedited shipping incurs additional charges, which will be displayed at checkout.

For pre-order items, shipping costs are charged at checkout along with the product price; if your pre-order is canceled before shipment, the shipping charges are included in the full refund.

5. Shipping Destinations

We ship to most locations within the United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories at this time. We do not ship internationally. We do ship to PO Boxes.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through the carrier's website.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. MN Nutra is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for re-shipping costs.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately at support@mnnutra.com or +1 (888) 218-8866. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your products.

9. Holiday and Peak-Season Delays

Please be aware that during peak shopping periods, including but not limited to Black Friday, Cyber Monday, the holiday season (November through January), and other major promotional events, order processing and delivery times may be extended beyond our standard estimates. Shipping carriers may also experience delays during these periods due to increased volume. We recommend placing orders early during peak seasons to ensure timely delivery. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate any anticipated delays via our website or email notifications.

10. Changes to This Shipping Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Changes to this policy do not retroactively modify the shipping commitments applicable to any pre-order placed before the change. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
